Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager

Cover is looking for an experienced digital and user acquisition expert in the gaming, consumer mobile, or fintech space to branch out into a fast growing, incredibly lucrative space - insurance.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage spend, top-of-funnel leads and operations across paid social, search, display and video

  • Iterate on ad narrative/creative, working closely with a designer on the growth team for new ads on a weekly cadence

  • Experiment and explore new marketing channel opportunities

  • Analyze and overlay ad platform data with the attribution on our back end databases. Optimize for campaigns, ad groups and ads are driving actual policy and premium growth.

  • Communicate tactfully on the ground with fellow digital marketing specialists, while providing concise updates and reports to the Head of Growth.

  • Create and A/B test ad copy and landing/in-app product copy for improving conversion

 

The ideal candidate will also have/be:

  • Strong focus in Facebook and Google Ads

  • Experience managing or growing a team of digital marketing specialists

  • Experience with ad ops and implementation: Google Tag Manager or equivalent

  • Worked at or founded a startup (i.e. built something)

  • Mobile marketing and growth experience

  • Experience in overlaying front-end ad platform data with back end data with end to end attribution, to analyze beyond ad platform data alone.

  • Experience in insurance verticals and/or other competitive spaces
